Leurs Clients, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mondiale de cartes de cr\u00e9dit et une grande compagnie a\u00e9rienne ont uni leurs forces pour permettre aux d\u00e9tenteurs de cartes d&rsquo;\u00e9changer des points d&rsquo;achat en points air miles\/voyage. La societ\u00e9 a mis en place des kiosques dans les a\u00e9roports aux Etats-Unis tenus avec du personnel pr\u00e9sent douze heures par jour, sept jours sur sept. Le but \u00e9tait de mieux comprendre le processus de souscription du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin : de voir si le personnel posait les bonnes questions, collectaient les bonnes informations et s&rsquo;il recueillait et traitait les donn\u00e9es personnelles de fa\u00e7on discr\u00e8te conform\u00e9ment aux consignes re\u00e7ues lors de la formation de ce personnel.<\/p>\n<p>La societ\u00e9 de cartes de cr\u00e9dit et la companie a\u00e9rienne s&rsquo;attendaient \u00e0 un retour sur investissement important apr\u00e8s le temps et l&rsquo;argent investis dans les formations et le suivi des kiosques. Apr\u00e8s un trimestre entier \u00e0 revoir le programme, le chiffre d&rsquo;affaire et les souscriptions restaient bas. Les nouveaux clients d\u00e9tenteurs des cartes appelaient en ayant un grand nombre de questions, ils ont indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9tails lors de la souscription au kiosque.<\/p>\n<p>BARE International a pu assister la societ\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 en mettant en place une m\u00e9thodologie de r\u00e9vision du programme de formation suite aux r\u00e9sultats des audits. Le but \u00e9tait d&rsquo;identifier les informations principales suite aux audits de chaque kiosque et se concentrer sur les points o\u00f9 une am\u00e9lioration \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire. Ainsi, le Client pouvait former le personnel en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur les standards et proc\u00e9dures du cycle de vente (exemple : attirer les clients qui passent, fournir toutes les informations et r\u00e9aliser une souscription compl\u00e8te). De plus, le nombre d&rsquo;audits de conformit\u00e9 men\u00e9s par BARE ayant obtenu un score de 100% a augment\u00e9 de 7% durant cette m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Ces r\u00e9sultats ont clairement montr\u00e9 que la nouvelle formation a aid\u00e9 le personnel \u00e0 correctement suivre les proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d&rsquo;assurer la r\u00e9ussite continue du programme, BARE a recommand\u00e9 au Client d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer le personnel de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, notamment en se concentrant sur les nouveaux employ\u00e9s. La societ\u00e9 mondiale d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 partenaire a ainsi pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 toutes les solutions \u00e0 ses clients et \u00e0 ce jour, BARE continue de mener des audits et les
