Pensemos en cualquier tipo de relaci\u00f3n, ya sea laboral, amistosa, familiar, amorosa: en su n\u00facleo principal radica el saber y dar recibir atenci\u00f3n, demostrar cuidados, aportar para ser mejores, ofrecer cr\u00edticas constructivas, valorar las cualidades, saber estar presentes, actuar con honestidad, saber escuchar y muchas otras cosas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Cuidado de Clientes (o\u00a0<em>Customer Care<\/em>):<\/h3>\n<p>Se trata de construir y nutrir la relaci\u00f3n proveedor-cliente, para fortalecer el v\u00ednculo de confianza y mantenerlo a largo t\u00e9rmino.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En mercados en los que la competencia cada vez es m\u00e1s grande y quiz\u00e1 m\u00e1s agresiva, mediante acciones de\u00a0<em>Customer Care<\/em>\u00a0ser\u00e1 posible para tu compa\u00f1\u00eda crear estrategias para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entender las necesidades particulares de cada cliente, de modo que tu producto\/servicio\u00a0<u>ofrezca soluciones personalizadas<\/u>\u00a0a sus requerimientos espec\u00edficos.<\/li>\n<li><u>Aumentar la rentabilidad de tu negocio<\/u>\u00a0mediante el crecimiento vertical y\/u horizontal de tus clientes actuales.<\/li>\n<li><u>Lograr la Lealtad de tus Clientes<\/u>\u00a0y desarrollar relaci\u00f3n comercial a largo t\u00e9rmino.<\/li>\n<li>Al crear Clientes Leales, lograr\u00e1s que regresen una y otra vez y, adem\u00e1s,\u00a0<u>promuevan tu negocio entre su red de contactos<\/u>.<\/li>\n<li>Precio y producto\/servicio son factores importantes, pero lograr un servicio excepcional a tus clientes te permitir\u00e1\u00a0<u>crear un diferenciador \u00fanico frente a tus competidores<\/u>.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer m\u00e1s memorable el v\u00ednculo con tu cliente, no s\u00f3lo te enfoques en un protocolo de servicio, \u00a1<u>convi\u00e9rtete en una experiencia de marca<\/u>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nunca es tarde para replantear tus estrategias, recuerda tener en mente factores fundamentales como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><u>Ser proactivo<\/u><\/em><\/strong>: \u00bfPuedes atender sus necesidades? Escucha, plantea, ofrece soluciones, anticipa contratiempos y considera posibles resoluciones, implementa, mant\u00e9n comunicaci\u00f3n clara, da seguimiento, establece metas y brinda retroalimentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em><u>Ser reactivo<\/u><\/em><\/strong>: \u00bfAlgo sali\u00f3 mal? Reacciona r\u00e1pido, comunica al cliente, identifica la ra\u00edz del problema, establece planes de acci\u00f3n, involucra al cliente en la soluci\u00f3n propuesta, establece tiempos de entrega y cumple lo prometido. Al final, revisa si la soluci\u00f3n al problema fue temporal o definitiva; si fue temporal, ajusta lo necesario para evitar contratiempos la pr\u00f3xima vez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que\u00a0<em>\u201cel costo de mantener un cliente satisfecho es 5 a 7 veces menor que el costo de conseguir un cliente nuevo<\/em>\u201d.
