Ziel war es, den Prozess des Kreditkartenantrags von Anfang bis Ende besser zu verstehen: ob die Mitarbeiter die richtigen Fragen stellten, die richtigen Details sammelten und die personenbezogenen Daten diskret sammelten und verarbeiteten gem\u00e4\u00df Ihrem Training.<\/p>\n<p>Sowohl die Kreditkarten- als auch die Fluggesellschaft hatten erwartet, nach den Investitionen von Zeit und Mitteln in die Ausbildung und den Aufbau von Flughafen-Verkaufspunkten signifikante Kapitalertr\u00e4ge zu erzielen. Nach einem kompletten Quartal des \u00fcberarbeiteten Programms blieben die Umsatz- und Antragszahlen niedrig. Neue Karteninhaber riefen mit einer steigenden Anzahl von Anfragen an, dass sie w\u00e4hrend der marktg\u00e4ngigen Verkaufsdiskussion nicht \u00fcber spezifische Details informiert wurden.<\/p>\n<p>BARE International konnte das globale Marktforschungsunternehmen bei der Gestaltung einer Methodik unterst\u00fctzen, um die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der aktuellen internen Coaching-Programme durch Audit-Ergebnisse zu f\u00f6rdern. Ziel war es, Schl\u00fcsselindikatoren aus den Audits jedes Verkaufspunkts zu ziehen und Bereiche zu identifizieren, wo Verbesserungen angezeigt wurden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erh\u00f6hte sich die Anzahl der von BARE mit 100% Konformit\u00e4t eingereichten Audits um 7%, was eindeutig darauf hindeutete, dass die gezielte Schulung den Mitarbeitern half, korrekte Verfahren einzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Um den Erfolg des laufenden Programms zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, empfahl BARE den Klienten, die Au\u00dfendienstmitarbeiter regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu bewerten, mit besonderem Fokus auf neue Mitarbeiter. Das globale Marktforschungsunternehmen stellte dann alle L\u00f6sungen seinen Klienten vor und bis heute liefert BARE weiterhin die Audits und Analysen, um kontinuierlich Kapitalertr\u00e4ge zu
