Lynne Brighton knows customer service quality inside and out. She brings exceptional depth and breadth of experience to the BARE team, with more than 25 years in the retail and hospitality industries.
A former owner of retail operations in New York, Vermont, and Colorado, and owner of restaurant operations in Washington and Colorado, Lynne parlayed her expertise into an independent consulting business in the United States and Canada for the hotel and retail industries.
These days, Lynne brings her passion for excellence to BARE, where she oversees the coordination between sales and operations companywide. For her, the proof of a successful client-consumer relationship is more than the number of sales, but about the number of positive consumer-client interactions every day.
