BARE owns APOLLO©, a complete and state-of-the-art web based report delivery system. With APOLLO© you have unlimited reporting capabilities. All reporting is completely customizable. Our sophisticated and user friendly system ensures fast and versatile reporting. TheAPOLLO© system offers detailed analysis of reports and gathered data. At any moment and from any location you can manage your reports, look at company statistics and compare data. The database also supports both import and export proficiencies for the following formats: Excel, Web Archive, Acrobat (PDF) File, TIFF File, CSV (comma delimited), XML with report file, and in other formats as needed (custom built exports).

Ad-Hoc Reporting
Customized queries can be run in the BARE APOLLO© reporting system that are built specifically for your brand. Ad-hoc reporting by results, time frames, brand or any other combination of filter you desire can easily be created. With the flexibility APOLLO© offers, reports can be run on any specifics your program requires. Comments can even be coded as positive or negative, allowing for easy pull and queries that can also be run with filters by section, question or standard.
Smart Forming
All forms can be set up with questions that are only visible for specific locations or areas. Smart Forming also allows for question Branching. Branching is an automated question prompt tool. When specific questions are flagged for branching, the response provided initiates the appearance or disappearance of relevant questions to that particular response.
Form Versioning
All forms can be versioned so that a particular question or section appears or disappears on a specific date. The APOLLO© reporting system will report on the questions that were “active” during the time period you select as you run reports.
Hierarchical Reporting
Have specific results requiring an immediate call-to-action from specific personnel? Our APOLLO© system is equipped with a Hierarchical Reporting structure. Simply provide us with the multiple levels of management within your organization and we can tailor fit the visibility of results and reporting features by brand, region, area or any other key performance indicator that you desire. Each level is customized to allow for optimum comparison of information. When customized reporting is established, individualized queries can be set up for each user level. You’re in charge of the program goals. We provide the tools to help you get there.
Notification Triggers
Any portion of the forms can be set to automatically send triggers for issues to specific management personnel or hierarchical reporting level. For example, Integrity issues can be triggered to internal controllers to allow immediate management follow-up. Service issues can trigger to General Managers or any other level of management you desire.
Software Compatibility
BARE has worked with many companies in a wide variety of industries who were using other customer relationship management software. Those companies have found that APOLLO© is actually their preferred system for many segments of their programs. Regardless of your preference, the APOLLO© systems import and export capabilities provide a flexible avenue of information sharing from one to the other. In more complex systems handshake modules can be built to allow for a seamless integration of information.
