Starting with BARE as an Account Manager, Melanie has excelled through the ranks.  Currently, as Director of Operations, she leads several high volume global projects for BARE.  Bringing over 10 years of leadership and innovation in customer service research to the table, Melanie excels in in providing her clients with quantifiable and actionable data to help their business succeed. 

Now leveraging her experience and knowledge as Director of Operations, Melanie focuses not only on operations but also business development and quality control.   Her background and continuing education in Marketing and Management provide a foundation for Melanie in finding a creative and logical way to think outside of the box and execute with precision.
