Hospitality Operations Manager

Linda previously held the position of Operations Manager for the Video Eyes Division at BARE, and currently oversees the daily operations of the Global hospitality team organizing guest experience  and mystery evaluations, integrity, service, and brand standards audits via overnight stays and hourly visits for hotels, restaurants and casinos throughout the United States and across all of the continents.

Linda’s education and career path has centered in hospitality administration, with a focus on operations, quality improvement and customer satisfaction.  She has worked as a consultant, successfully improving business processes, running quality improvement seminars and educational programs.
